Vintage Webster Sterling Silver Birth Record Baby Rattle Teether Ring

This is a vintage sterling silver baby rattle teether. It has what I think is a mother of pearl ring. It could be made of lucite but I am not sure. The ring has a yellowish color to it It has the blanks for the birth record (clock face, month, year, pounds, ounces, inches) but nothing was engraved in the blanks so it could still be engraved if you desire. It has the Webster company mark on it. It is in very good condition for its age which is probably 80-100 years based on when these were popular . There are quite a few light scratches, on the silver part mostly and a little tarnish. The rattle that is on the inside is in good condition and it has a nice little ring to it. The total weight of the rattle is 14.6g and it is marked as sterling silver. (Bin#MS1) faultless for everyday use. first-class materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
