They have been used so they have some light scuffs to the leather on the toes and show light sings of wear elsewhere. The bottoms were originally bright white. They are not bright on the sole now as they have ben worn. One shoelace is missing its tip. And as such should be replaced. These are authentic and truly well made. They retail for $599 on Mr. Porter . They still have plenty of life left in them for the right person .
