Everything has been tested and works. The car has lots of wear with scratches and scuffs. It is also very dusty and dirty from being in storage. The stickers are coming off. It comes with a rechargeable battery and a RadioShack fast charger. The charger charged the dead battery in less than an hour. The remote requires one 9V battery, not included. The box has heavy wear around the edges and corners.
