Disney vintage Horace Horsecollar porcelain figurine

Super exclusive, porcelain of Horace Horsecollar wearing his red overalls and a bow tie on his collar. Marked Japan, copyright Walt Disney on the backI’m guessing on the age, not quite sure but I know it’s a minimum of ~40 years old most likely older. Also, I don’t know the intricacies of porcelain but it feels like that. Or basque? I’m not an expert but it feels quality. Has been previously loved, vintage condition. Stands up well on a shelf.
