Selmer Bundy Clarinet #577 in hard case with accessories

Bundy clarinet #577 in hard case with accessories (reeds, grease, mouthpiece cleaner, etc.) instrument looks to be in nice condition. It looks like corks are in nice condition (one looks new, one I would replace). Case smells musty and has rusting on latches on outside of case--billo pad or sand paper would remove I believe?
