The material commonly known as "oni-urake" has been used by wjk since its founding in 2005.
While regular urake refers to cushy sweat fabric (knitted with a looped back), this is the opposite, a sweat fabric as tough as an "oni" (demon), offering an unusual feel.
It's one of wjk's signature materials, and the wearer can love the aging process as it develops its own one-of-a-kind character over many years of wear.
The looped back provides a gentle touch and high absorbency.
There is a sense of wear, but there are no noticeable stains or tears to mention.
